
On-line Form : To use the On-line form, just fill in the appropriate
boxes, or click on the drop-down list and choose the product, size, color
etc, and whether this is a request to purchase or just an inquiry. Be sure
to fill in your e-mail address and name (double check your e-mail address)
so we can get back to you. You can also type in some text at the bottom
if you have a special request.
If you are making a purchase, we will reserve the item you request
and e-mail you an exact price. To proceed with the order, either call us
with your credit card information, (do not e-mail credit info) or
print off and fill out the Mail Order form and mail it to me with your
Certified Cheque or Money Order for the total amount quoted on the confirmation.
We will hold your item for 7-10 days while your payment reaches us, and
then ship your order back to you.
Ordering by Electronic Mail : Send us a note, indicating the quantity and description of each product you wish to purchase. Also indicate which method of shipping you prefer (if different than Surface Mail) . When we get the note, we will double-check on the availability of the requested products, and send you a confirmation sheet that will contain a description of the products you requested, and the total cost of your order (including shipping and taxes). If you wish to proceed with the order, call us with your credit card information, (do not e-mail credit card info) or mail us your Cheque or Money Order for the total amount quoted on the confirmation.

If there is a specific item you would like, but you don't see it in
our On-line Catalog, feel free to EMail us with your request. We'll check
on availability and get you a price.
Refunds will only be given on defective merchandise.
It is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product for exchange or credit.
All exchanges must be shipped back at customers expense.
Products being exchanged must be in unused condition and in the
original packaging with original tags attached. We cannot accept
products that have been worn or used. You must notify me within 7 days
of receipt of product if you wish to exchange it (email me) and I will
give you an RA (Return Authorization) number. You must ship via Parcel
Post insured mail and quote the RA number in the address area. We will
not accept exchanges without a valid RA number. We will NOT
accept exchanges via C.O.D. Cost of shipping will not be covered and any
customs/duty charges from international returns will be deducted from the
value of the credit / exchange.
