Biota is a group of living organisms which are found within a given region
Endangered Species is a classification which refers to species in danger of extinction
Extirpated is a condition in which a species no longer survives in a particular country or region
Genetic Clone is a genetically identical offspring which is produced by the asexual reproduction of a single individual
Genetic Engineering is a technique in which genes are manipulated between species
Gene Pool is a genetic term which refers to the total of all the genes in a population
Gene Splicing is a genetic term which refers to the introduction of a foreign gene into an organism
Green Revolution is a general term which refers to the rapid spread of scientifically bred high-yielding crops that began in the 1960s
Seed Bank is a bank of seeds which are kept in storage to preserve genetic information
Recombinant DNA is a genetic term which refers to DNA with genes from different organisms
