Door face to be constructed of minimum 60 oz. royal blue polyester reinforced P.V.C. coated fabric with high tensile strength and puncture resistance.

Guide assembly and housing to be constructed of heavy (minimum 14 gauge) steel, primed and finish painted with safety yellow. Guide housing to be hinged allowing easy access to tensioning and counterbalance weight assembly.

Barrel and drum assembly to be enclosed in heavy (minimum 16 gauge) steel hood, primed and finished, painted safety yellow.

Counterbalance and tensioning to be a weight and cable system - no springs. Cables to be high tensile galvanized cables running on resilient hard cast polyamide drums and pulleys with permanently lubricated bearings.

Bottom bar to be constructed of heavy gauge steel incorporating a reversing safety edge and tubular weatherstrip. Optional Knock-Out Bottom bar available.

Tubular aluminum wind bar(s) to be included as per manufacturer's recommendations to compensate for negative/positive air pressures or wind loads.

Electric operator to be industrial gearhead type with heavy duty brake, internal limit switches complete with quick disconnect for emergency hand crank operation.
