Really there are no other words, at least in common usage. There was "anhungry" used by Shakespeare, which meant "hungry". And there is "puggry", a variant spelling of the word "pugaree", the band of cloth seen arapped around safari helmets.

It takes a full hundred years to make a century. Years are numbered from the supposed year of the birth of Jesus Christ, designated 1 A.D. (Anno Domini, "in the year of Our Lord). Thus, the first century was from 1 to 100, the second century from 101 to 200 and so on. The tweny first century will begin on January 1, 2001. All of the "new agers" waiting for something cataclysmic to happen two thousand years after Christ's birth have already missed it, since Jesus is now assumed to have been born about 4 B.C.
